These Ground Turkey nachos are cooked to perfection. They’re so good you have to share!
Turkey Nachos
Ingredients
2 cups Plainville Farms Ground Turkey® , cooked
1 bag tortilla chips
2 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup small tomatoes, cut
1 jalapeno pepper , cut into thin rings
1/4 cup black olives
Chili powder , to taste
Olive oil , optional
Optional Toppings for Serving:
Sour cream
Avocado
Salsa
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Line a baking sheet or oven-proof skillet with tin foil.
3. Add a layer of tortilla chips, and then sprinkle with a little bit of each topping. Continue to build layers of chips and toppings until you use up all your ingredients.
4. If desired, lightly drizzle (or spray) the top layer of the nachos with olive oil.
5. Bake the nachos in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
6. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole or salsa.
